How to fix random peripheral and Bluetooth disconnects, mouse click failures, and other issues on a custom-built PC?

I have a custom-built PC with the following specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with integrated graphics

CPU Cooler: CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler

Case: CORSAIR iCUE 5000X RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Smart Case

Power Supply: CORSAIR CX-F RGB Series CX550F RGB White 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro SL 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3600

Graphics Card: GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3060 ELITE 12G

Motherboard: ASRock B550M PRO4 AM4 AMD B550 Micro ATX

Hard Drive: Seagate BarraCuda ST2000DM008 2TB 7200 RPM

SSD: SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 1TB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.3

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, DVD - OEM

I am experiencing the following problems, which I believe are related:

Random peripheral disconnects during high-resource applications (e.g., gaming) and occasionally during web browsing

Random Bluetooth device disconnects, sometimes leading to the disappearance of Bluetooth adapter from the device manager, affecting Bluetooth functionality all together

System occasionally stops recognizing mouse clicks across all active windows except the window I was working in when the problem occurs (usually a game), requiring CTRL-ALT-DEL to regain control temporarily. Occurrence of issues just moments after booting up, with the system becoming unresponsive every 30 seconds. While working in the one window is possible, the taskbar, start menu, and all other windows remain unresponsive to mouse clicks

Random tabbing out of games

Random key presses occurring without input

Random, brief disconnects and reconnects of peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset). This is especially annoying as when this happens my microphone is no longer recognized and a revoke of access and giving it back is required for me to able to speak until it disconnects again

I have contacted Microsoft customer support and tried various software-related troubleshooting steps, such as:

Doing a fresh install of windows

Installing drivers for the Bluetooth adapter, graphics drivers, updated BIOS, installed chipset drivers

Removing faulty devices in device manager

Unplugging everything and restarting and then plugging peripherals back in

Performing a factory reset

Adjusting battery-saving settings to allow USB ports to maintain power

Clearing static electricity

None of these steps have solved the issue. Microsoft has advised me to look into hardware problems causing the issue, as they have exhausted all software-related troubleshooting steps. They have provided me a log of all the troubleshooting steps they took for reference.

I have noticed that when this happens there is a short spike in CPU use to 100%, so I suspect this is the cause, but I am not sure. Another possibility is that there is a conflict between the integrated graphics in the CPU and the dedicated GPU, as this problem usually occurs when starting a game and then randomly while playing.

I have found some forums that describe similar issues to what I am experiencing, but none of them have a definitive solution:

I
would appreciate any expert advice on how to fix these issues, as they are very frustrating and affect my PC performance and usability. Thank you.
